Regarding your reference to having lunch at the NYSE ...
I am literally shocked how "quiet" this downdraft has found us.
No ... "The end is here, RUN for cover"
NO ... "This is a healthy correction that the market needed and we're still bullish ..."
Seemingly, very little (if anything).
I don't know what that portends.
Yes, in continuance of your NYSE statement ... the end is near ... an era shall be mourned.
What's going to happen when people go to sell and there is no specialist's post to greet them.
Your prediction about our dear friends, on Lasalle Street, seem to be coming to pass. I was somewhat in agreement with you, when I first read your postings on that. However, I did not believe that it would come about with this great of speed.
An era has surely come to pass and I haven't even seen an obituary.
I was looking to build a major campaign in the yen, back 5/6 years ago. What I was looking at seemed to not be ready or what was in place, to have fallen away.
Now, there does seem to be many of the elements that I felt would take place (back then) aligning. Please keep us posted. Moreover, would you be so kind as to (within your boundaries and your discretion) what/how you're looking to make that play?
KC? I'm one of the world's worst traders, in reference to all commodity futures markets. BUT, I do believe that I hold the title as THE worst coffee trader born/alive/still not debit!
As always, not only is it an honor to "discover" one of your posts, it is indeed a distinct pleasure.
Have a great week!
