A critical look at The Fdate 80%+ "Accuracy" claim...Part 3.
Now we've determined that a comparison is needed, a sample to compare with Rick's own Fdate sample to honestly claim accuracy. We first need to define just what Fdates are, to compare apples to apples. Rick Ratchford's "Fdates" are dates of the year, be they weekly or daily.
