Hey Newbies!!
Welcome to the Ratchford show. The plot essentials are:
1. Rick sells something that describes random market bahavior. What throws a
few off is that the description is not a fifty-fifty description. Instead of
"heads or tails" it's more like 8 of 10 marbles in the jar are black. Rick
then claims that his picks of black are 80% correct.
2. When this sham is pointed out, rather than respond to the obvious, Rick
obfuscates, avoids points, attacks on other areas, and generally bahaves like a
brat. Some here find this funny - a grown man carrying on about how his stuff
is great, but who cannot offer anything to substantiate his claims. Thus talk
of statements are brushed aside, failure to post the results of a fictitious
trading challenge (despite claims that he would) occurs, replies to proofs of
the random nature of what he does avoid the proof itself, etc.
3. I've recently posted the address to where Rick admitted he did not trade
his stuff for profit, but rather claimed that it is just a "slush fund" to try
out ideas. Ask yourself, if you had something that actually worked in the real
world of trading, would you not use it to make money.
4. The post below replying to me is an example of how Rick handles those who
point this out to folks new to this forum. Rick is unaware of what my trading
experience has been. He has no idea of what I trade. He usually does not talk
about it because I posted some stuff a few years ago that actually worked out
very well. You, who are new to the forum, know none of this.

5. My view is that Rick will not go away because (1) he appears to require
spamfomericals to attract some to his business, and (2) he appears to have read
some self-help gurus who talk about not giving up. I once pointed out that he
was using Dr. Wayne Dyer's material as his own.
6. My suggestion is to have fun with Rick. He does soooooo many silly things
that he can be entertaining...
